Heartwood Health offers you and your employees peace of mind, increased productivity at work and an enhanced healthcare experience. When employees are faced with an illness or a family member who needs help with healthcare, our PHAs will be there to support them. Dealing with the healthcare system can be very stressful and time consuming, often interfering with important time needed for work. Our PHAs can research medical options, coordinate care, help with insurance issues and provide guidance with healthcare decisions. Our goal is to help employees more efficiently manage healthcare issues and access optimal care while maintaining productivity at work. We provide consultation at the workplace or home.
